Frog bolts are the core connectors in railway turnout areas, used to securely lock the frog rail to the wing rail, withstand longitudinal impact loads and lateral vibrations when trains pass, and ensure that the turnout's geometric position does not shift. Unlike ordinary rail bolts, their design must comply with EN 13146 or AREMA standards, and they are directly related to train safety.

Selection
1. Matching Principle: M24 bolts should be used with 24 mm bore rails, and M30 bolts with 30 mm bore rails. Using bolts with larger bores will cause loosening.
2. Environmental Compatibility: For corrosive environments of C4 or higher, zinc-aluminum-magnesium plating is required. Ordinary galvanizing reduces the service life by half.
