Installation And Maintenance Of J Hook Bolt

 

Installation

Preparation: Check the bolt specifications, clean the installation surface of oil and residue.

Positioning: Mark the hole position according to the drawing, the drilling depth is 10~20mm longer than the bolt, the hole diameter is 2~3mm larger, and the hook head hooks the embedded part at the bottom of the track beam.

Tightening: After the bolt is inserted, fix it with a pressure plate, tighten the nut symmetrically 2~3 times, and expose 2~3 threads.

 

Maintenance

Daily inspection: Check the looseness, wear, rust prevention and pressure plate gap of the bolt every week.

Regular maintenance: Re-tighten the nut every quarter (according to the designed torque), and apply anti-rust paint after rust removal.

Abnormal handling: Bolts with thread slippage and deformation need to be replaced immediately, and embedded holes with wear are repaired with grouting materials.

Annual inspection: Magnetic particle inspection is performed every year to detect internal cracks in the bolts.
