Wuxi Lanling Railway Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in July 1989 and specializes in manufacturing railway equipment. Our products have various categories, including spring clips of type A, type B, type I, type II, type III, type D1, type WJ-2 subway spring clips, exported spring clips of the type E series, the type PR series, the SKL series, etc. We also produce different kinds of rail gauge apron plates, screw rail nails, nuts, flat washers, spring washers, iron pads, rubber pads used under different types of railway concrete sleeper tracks and turnout designs, plastic plates, and nylon products. Lanling's annual production capacity of railway equipment is about 10 million units. Lanling has 3 production lines for spring clips, 2 fully automated production lines, 2 iron pad production lines, 1 of the most advanced screw rail nail production lines, and 2 coating assembly lines for spring clip rust-proof treatment and paint. Lanling's main equipment includes 3 sets of mixers for producing rubber pads, 3 sets of mixing mills, 3 sets of 400-ton, 5 sets of 300-ton, and 10 sets of 100-ton flat plate vulcanizing machines, and 1 set of plastic plate production lines.

All spring clips are produced using a medium-frequency induction heating furnace for automated feeding. Far-infrared radiation temperature control is used, and an automatic alarm sorting device monitors the entire process. Spring clip quenching is performed using an automatic stainless steel net belt transfer system, with temperature adjustments for each zone automatically controlled by a recorder. All railway equipment is equipped with a complete production line, allowing the entire production process to be completed in one flow, ensuring product quality. In addition to advanced production equipment, Lanling also employs comprehensive inspection and testing methods, enabling in-house performance and quality testing of all products. The production line has been inspected and approved by experts from the Ministry of Railways. Both the spring clips and rubber pads in the fastener system have received CRCC certification from the Ministry of Railways, and the company has passed the ISO9001-2015 quality system certification.

Lanling has a production facility spanning over 8,000 m² and a warehouse covering an area of more than 3,000 m². Lanling employs eight technical personnel, including two senior engineers and six mid-level engineers, and over 100 employees, with annual sales exceeding RMB 80 million. Lanling's products are used in China's domestic railway systems, passenger-dedicated lines, urban rail transit systems, and other markets. They are also widely used in various international railway systems in Europe, the United States, Brazil, South Korea, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong, earning high praise both at home and abroad.
