Type Of Rail
Aug 23, 2022| The guide rail is usually made by machining or cold drawing, and its anti-support strength should generally be 370-520MPa. According to its transverse cross-sectional shape, it mainly includes: T-shaped guide rail, L (or triangular)-shaped guide rail, U-shaped guide rail, O-shaped guide rail, hollow guide rail, etc.
The working surfaces of L-shaped guide rails, U-shaped guide rails, and O-shaped guide rails are generally not processed, and are usually used for some elevators with low speed and low requirements on running stability, such as sundries ladders, construction engineering ladders, etc.; hollow guide rails are mostly used for Counterweight guide rails that do not require high elevator speed. T-shaped guide rails have good bending resistance and processability, and are widely used as elevator guide rails.
T-rail
In Japan, the weight of each meter of guide rail after final processing is used as the specification distinction, such as 8kg and 13kg guide rail. The T-shaped guide rail for elevators in China adopts the national standard GB/T22562-2008 "Elevator T-shaped guide rail", and the strict guide rail naming is such as: GB/T22562-T89/B.
It can be seen that the guide rail naming towel has four elements:
The first element: the standard number coexists and then adds "one";
The second element: guide rail shape "T";
The third element: the rounded value of the width of the back of the guide rail, if necessary, with the number of the back of the same width but different parts, such as: 45, 50, 70, 75, 78, 82, 89, 90, 114, 125, 127 one 1, 127-2, 140-1, 140-2, 140-3.
The fourth element: processing technology, /A is cold drawing, /B is machining, and /BE is high-quality machining.
The main parameters of the guide rail are shown in Figure 3. The main dimensions of the T-shaped guide rail and the main dimensions and tolerances of the T-shaped guide rail in the following table. Listed in the table are common guide rails and T82/B is the industry size, which is different from the size specified in the old elevator T-shaped guide rail standard J6 5072.1-1996.
