Rail Installation
Aug 25, 2022| (1) Install the guide rail base
①Install the fixed rail channel steel base on the ground of the pit. Its center should coincide with the center line of the car guide rail.
② After the channel steel base is leveled, tap an M16 expansion bolt on each edge of the channel steel to connect the channel steel to the ground of the pit. If there is structural steel bar in the pit, it can also be welded with the steel bar. The level error of the channel steel base seat is not more than 1/1000.
③ After the position of the channel steel foundation seat is determined, use concrete to fill and smooth the surrounding area. The two ends of the channel steel base are used to fix the angle steel frame of the guide rail. First, use the center line of the car guide rail to align, and then fix it.
④If there is no channel steel base seat under the guide rail, a steel plate with a thickness of ≥12 mm and an area of 200 mm × 200 mm can be placed under the guide rail, and spot welded with the guide rail by electric welding.
⑤ The ground of the pit should not be higher than the upper plane of the channel steel foundation.
⑥ For oil-lubricated guide rails, a section of the working surface whose lower end is 40 mm high from the ground needs to be sawed off before the foundation guide rail is erected, so as to leave the position of the oil receiving box. Or leave an oil receiving groove under the guide rail, and the oil directly flows into the oil receiving box placed on one side.
① Hang a pulley at the center hole of the top floor slab and fix it firmly to hoist the guide rail.
②The floor above the 12th floor and above can be considered to use a hoist to hoist the track. Below the 12th floor, nylon rope (or wire rope) can be used for manual hoisting. The diameter of the nylon rope (or wire rope) should be greater than 25 mm, and double hooks should be used when hoisting the guide rail. Rail connection plate.
③ The tenon of the guide rail should face upwards, and the dust on the tenon should be removed to ensure that the gap at the joint meets the specification requirements.
④When installing the track, install the pressure plate and fill the 1-2 mm gasket between the guide rail and the bracket, and the distance between the top of the last track and the floor slab is not more than 100 mm. The excess guide rail should be sawed off with a grinding wheel, and gas welding is strictly prohibited.
(3) Adjust the guide rail
①Remove the installation line of the guide rail bracket, place the center line of the car guide rail at the position of the center line of the car guide rail determined on the template, and fix it.
② Use a steel blind ruler to check the distance between the end face of the guide rail and the center line of the car guide rail, and adjust the distance between the guide rail bracket and the guide rail by adding or subtracting shims, so that the distance between the end face of the guide rail at each measuring point and the center line of the car guide rail is adjusted. same distance
