Rail Clamp Installation Precautions
Sep 01, 2022| Precautions:
1. There are spacers between the clamping mechanisms of the normally closed clamp when leaving the factory. Do not remove the spacer except during installation;
2. Clamps must be installed on all guide rails due to eccentric load;
3. Install an air filter with a filter density below 25μm;
4. The outer diameter of the trachea is recommended to be more than φ6mm. The smaller the outer diameter, the longer the reaction time;
5. Shorten the length of the trachea as much as possible, the longer the trachea, the longer the reaction time;
6. The hydraulic clamp uses ISO VG46 hydraulic oil. When supplying oil, pay attention to drain the air in the oil pipe and the clamp first. The method is to supply oil at low pressure after connecting the hydraulic joint, and carefully loosen the hexagon socket on the other side of the clamp. Until oil flows out, then tighten the socket head cap screw
7. It is recommended to use a normally closed solenoid valve with a short response time for the clamp.
