What are the usual technical requirements when processing elastic strips?

1. The material of the elastic strip is 60Si2Mn or 55Si2Mn hot-rolled spring round steel, and the technical requirements should comply with the regulations of GB1222.

2. The hardness of the elastic strip is HRC41~46.

3. The metallographic structure of the spring bar should be uniformly tempered troostite and sorbite, and a trace amount of discontinuous ferrite is allowed in the center.

4. The elastic band must not be overheated or overheated. The depth of the surface decarburization layer (including pure iron and transition layer) does not exceed 0.3mm.

5. After the residual deformation test, the deformation value of the middle front end shall not be greater than 1mm.
