Scope of application of track pressure plate: It is suitable for industrial plants and open-air trestle bridges with reinforced concrete crane beams or prestressed concrete crane beams. The surface temperature of the composite rubber backing plate: ≤60℃ Seismic fortification intensity: ≤9 degrees Corrosion situation: workshop without corrosive gas. Materials and requirements (1) Steel plate Q235 steel (steel No. 3) is used for plywood and section steel, and its technical conditions should comply with national standards. (3) The pressing plate is made of carbon steel castings (ZG230-450) or malleable cast iron (KTZ450-06), and its mechanical properties should meet the requirements. Its performance should meet the 3807 standard in GB5574-85 <Industrial Vulcanized Rubber Sheet>, and the mechanical properties of the rubber backing plate should meet the requirements.
