2. Installation sequence and essentials

A. Welding the fixed base, the fixed base can be used, the three grooves on the surface and the position of the rail presser can be positioned, and the allowable deviation of the position to the center line of the crane beam is +1.0mm;

B. Put in the T-bolts and push them into place in the direction of the rail;

C. Put in the wedge-shaped adjustment plate, and make the grooved side face up;

D. Install the rail pressure plate, washer, spring washer and nut in sequence;

E. Move the wedge-shaped adjustment plate, adjust the position of the rail presser perpendicular to the direction of the rail, and then tighten the nut after the rail pressing plate and the lower flange of the rail are tightly pressed;

F. The influence on the disturbance of the crane beam when the fixed plate is welded should be considered in the design or construction.

Inspection of rail presses

Power on the key and plug in the decoder. Use the decoder to enter the system to read the fault code, the decoder reads a current fault, and the pressure of the oil rail is too low, which is lower than the normal working range. Judging from the fault code, it should be that the rail pressure sensor detects that the fuel pressure in the common rail pipe is too low, and the rail pressure is difficult to build up, which makes the engine difficult to start.


First, check the line and sensor, turn off the key switch, unplug the rail pressure sensor, and use a multimeter to measure the voltage value of the rail pressure sensor. The measured values are 4.99V, 5V, and 0V. The measured value is normal, so the possibility of rail pressure sensor failure can be ruled out.


Remove the wiring harness plug of the ECM computer board and find the power supply line, signal line, and ground line of the rail pressure sensor according to the circuit diagram. Pins 36, 29, and 48 of the corresponding 2 plugs, and use a multimeter to measure the continuity of the line. The measurement results show that the line continuity of the three pins is no problem, so the line fault of the rail pressure sensor is ruled out.
