Step 1 Lay the rubber pad

Place the rubber backing plate between the two pre-embedded iron seats, and the centerline of the notch on both sides of the rubber backing plate should be aligned with the center line of the pre-embedded iron seat.

Step 3 Install gauge block

Install the gauge block, and the side ears of the gauge block should buckle the embedded iron seat. If due to the manufacturing deviation of rails, sleepers and gauge blocks, the gauge blocks with the specified number cannot meet the gauge requirements or the gauge blocks cannot be installed in place, they can be replaced according to the actual situation, and violent knocking is not allowed to make them into place. bit.

Step 4 Install the clip

Before installing the spring bars, the rails, rubber backing plates, rail bearing surfaces of sleepers, and gauge blocks are pressed against the rail surfaces and rails, and the upper surface of the rail bottom should be closely adhered.

If it is difficult for individual clips to be in place, tap the tail of the clip with a small hammer while using the installation tool to make it in place. The position of the elastic bar is based on the distance between the inner side of the small arc and the end of the embedded iron seat by 8~10mm.

Special reminder: Appropriate type of elastic bars should be installed at the rail joints.
