3. The embedding position of the pre-embedded iron seat in the upper track sleeper must be accurate. Sleepers whose burial position of the pre-embedded iron seat is skewed, upturned or buried height, the distance between two embedded parts on the same side or the bottom angular distance of the two outer pre-embedded iron seats do not meet the requirements shall not be put on the road.
4. Remove the mud on the rail bearing surface of the sleeper inside the embedded iron seat and the mortar in the hole of the embedded iron seat.
5. Remove the mud on the bottom of the rail.
