1. Check the gauge. If there is any discomfort, use a special tool (same as the installation tool) to remove the clip.

2. According to the checked gauge adjustment amount, refer to the table below, and select the appropriate gauge block model for installation.

3. Fastener maintenance and repair requirements

3.1. At the initial stage of operation, attention should be paid to observing the use of sleepers and fasteners. When sleepers are found to be empty, uneven in height and level, or triangular pits, they should be tamped in time, and heightening pads should not be used for rail heightening operations. .

3.2. During use, if the gauge block is found to be broken, the rubber backing plate is broken or the elastic strip is broken, it should be replaced in time.

3.3. When performing stress relief on seamless lines, special tools (same as installation tools) must be used to remove the spring bars. After the stress is relieved, check whether the position of the rubber backing plate and the gauge block is correct. If there is any misalignment, install the elastic bar after adjustment.
