Track pressure plate When installing the track, use the instructions for welding the track pressure plate. If the rail pressing device is used, the bolts on the rail pressing device are easy to loosen, which may easily cause the cart to gnaw the rail or other safety accidents; if the welded pressing plate is used, the pressing plate and the rail bearing beam are welded together very firmly.
1. Can be used for all kinds of cranes with or without guide wheels.
2. The flexible track pressing plate is equipped with a vulcanized rubber pressing tongue, which greatly reduces noise and improves the working environment while pressing the track.
3. The pressure plate has a self-locking function, which is automatically locked by the wedge-shaped structure acting on the two sides of the upper and lower parts by tilting.
4. Favorable installation size can be provided. There is no need to open holes in the steel beam during installation, and the bolts do not need to be perforated from the underside of the steel beam. It only needs to be welded to zm.jt0.49 on the base surface of the steel plate supporting the guide rail, and the upper pressure plate and the welded base are locked together by 8.8-grade bolts.
5. The flexible track pressure plate can control the allowable deviation of the steel rail and the crane beam well, and provide great convenience for the lateral adjustment of the crane track installation or maintenance.
