Technical requirements for rail clips

spring bar technical requirements:

The material of the spring bar is 60Si2Mn or 55Si2Mn hot-rolled spring round steel, and the technical requirements should meet the requirements of GB 1222;

The hardness of the elastic bar is HRC41~46; the metallographic preparation of the elastic bar should be uniform tempered troostite and sorbite, and a small amount of intermittent ferrite is allowed in the center;

There must be no overheating or overheating of the spring bars. The height of surface decarburization layer including pure iron and transition layer shall not exceed 0.3mm;

After the elastic strip has passed the residual deformation test, the long-term deformation value of the front end of the middle part shall not be greater than 1mm.
