Spring fastener manufacturers introduce the types and characteristics of spring fasteners
Jun 27, 2023| There are many types of clips, such as Type I clips, Type II clips, Type III clips, etc. Different types of clips have different characteristics and can be applied to different tracks. Therefore, when purchasing, users need to choose the appropriate elastic bar according to the model of the turnout.
Except that the spring clip is redesigned with new materials, the other parts of the clip type II fastener are the same as the clip type I fastener, which is still a fastener with a shoulder and a bolt. In the original use of type I fasteners, the original type I fasteners can be replaced by type II fasteners. The pressure of a single elastic buckle is not less than 10KN, and the elastic distance (that is, the amount of elastic deformation) is not less than 10mm, which are about 30% higher than that of Type I fasteners; after the assembled fasteners are subjected to 2 million transverse fatigue load cycles, each component must not be damaged.
In order to improve the strength and buckle pressure of the clip, spring steel 60SiCrVA was selected as the material of type II clip, and the yield strength and tensile strength were increased by 42% and 36% respectively. On the basis of the optimal design of the elastic strip, it is determined that the diameter of the elastic strip remains unchanged, which is the same as the type I fastener, which is still 13mm. The elastic type II fastener has the advantages of large fastening force, large strength safety reserve, and small residual deformation.
The elastic type III fastener is a bolt-less and shoulder-free fastener. Boltless and shoulderless fasteners are the development trend of sleeper fasteners in various countries, especially suitable for heavy-duty, large-volume, and high-density transportation conditions.
Elliptical type III fasteners use cast shoulders embedded in concrete sleepers to maintain the gauge and withstand lateral forces. Elastic strips are used to buckle the rails, and nylon blocks are used as insulating parts to adjust the gauge. The elastic bar type III fastener has the advantages of large fastening force and good elasticity, especially the cancellation of the concrete sleeper shoulder, thus avoiding the possibility of the rail bottom moving laterally under the action of lateral force and causing the gauge to expand, so the gauge is maintained The ability is very strong, and because of the cancellation of the bolt connection method, the workload of fastener maintenance is reduced.
