Introduce the technical requirements for processing elastic fasteners
Jul 06, 2023| The clip fastener is a very important railway equipment, which plays an important role in the railway track. The quality of the clip is related to the important factor of the value of the clip fastener. There are two types of clips, namely W1 Type elastic strip (diameter is 14 ram) X2 type elastic strip (diameter is 13 ram), wherein x2 type elastic strip is used when small resistance fasteners are used on the bridge. What specific technical requirements do spring bars have when processing them? Spring fastener manufacturers to give you a brief introduction!
1. The material of the spring bar is 60Si2Mn or 55Si2Mn hot-rolled spring round steel, and the technical requirements should meet the regulations of GB1222.
2. The hardness of the elastic bar is HRC41~46.
3. The metallographic structure of the elastic bar should be uniform tempered troostite and sorbite, and a small amount of intermittent ferrite is allowed in the center.
4. The spring bars must not be overheated or overheated. The depth of surface decarburization layer including pure iron and transition layer shall not exceed 0.3mm.
5. After the elastic bar has passed the residual deformation test, the deformation value of the front end of the middle part shall not be greater than 1mm.
Spring bar installation standard: the lower jaw of the front end of the middle part of the spring bar should not be in contact with the insulating block, and the gap between the two should not be greater than O. 5 mm; or when using a torque wrench to detect the torque of the T-bolt, the W1-type spring is 100-140 N m, and the x2-type spring is 70-90 N m.
Spring strip maintenance standard: the lower jaw of the front end of the spring strip should not be in contact with the insulating block, and the gap between the two should not be greater than 1 mm; or when using a torque wrench to detect the torque of the T-shaped bolt, the W1 type spring strip is 1()(]~140 N·m , The x2-type elastic bar is 70-90 N·m.
