1. If the spring bar is not installed in place, the distance between the inner side of the small arc and the end of the embedded iron seat is 8-10mm for the position of the spring bar. Otherwise, it will affect the crimping force, residual deformation and service life of the clip.
2. The clips are loaded and unloaded by hammering, etc. When installing the clips, special tools should be used to install them correctly. Hitting with a hammer will deform the clips and damage the clips.
3. The anti-corrosion layer of metal parts is damaged and corroded. Insufficient protection during transportation, loading and unloading, or repeated disassembly and wear during installation, rubbing by installation tools, scuffing and other mechanical damage. It is recommended to work in a civilized manner, and the rusty parts should be repaired and oiled in time.
4. The installation torque of the elastic strip is too large. The fastening of the elastic strip is based on the just contact between the lower jaw at the front end of the elastic strip and the insulating gauge block, and the gap is not greater than 0.5mm. If the installation torque is too large, the gauge block will be pressed out of the pit, deformed, and the appearance and size of the elastic bar will be deformed. If the deformation is too large, when the installation is in place again, the buckle pressure of the elastic bar will decrease and the fatigue life will be shortened. Those that cause damage to the spring bars and gauge blocks should be replaced immediately.
5. The gap between the lower jaw of the middle part of the clip and the insulation block is greater than 0.5mm, the installation torque is small, and the fastening force of the clip fastener is small, which affects the safety of the line. It should be re-tightened until the three-point contact of the elastic strips prevails.
