Inertia problem of spring fasteners

At the same time, there is basically no cross-sectional weakening, so the material utilization rate is very high. On conventional lines, it is generally hoped that the fasteners will have high tightening pressure and good elasticity.
1. If the elastic strip is not installed in place, the distance between the inside of the small arc and the end of the embedded iron seat should be 8-10mm. It should not be tightened or the distance is too large. Otherwise, the withholding, residual deformation and service life of the elastic rod will be affected.
2. Use a hammer to install and remove the clips. Special tools should be used for correct installation of clips.
3. The anti-corrosion layer of metal parts is damaged and corroded. Insufficient protection during transportation, loading and unloading, or mechanical damage such as repeated disassembly, wear, friction, and friction during installation. Rusty parts should be coated with paint and oil in time.
4. The installation torque of the spring bar is too large. The tightening of the elastic bar shall be based on the contact between the claw at the center front end of the elastic rod and the insulating gauge block, and the gap shall not be greater than 0.5mm. If the installation torque is too large, the gauge block will be pressed out of the pit and deformed, resulting in deformation of the appearance of the elastic bar and excessive deformation. When it is installed in place again, the pressure of the elastic buckle will be reduced and the fatigue life will be shortened. If the spring bars and gauge blocks are damaged, they should be replaced immediately.
5. The gap between the claw at the center front end of the spring bar and the insulating block is greater than 0.5mm. The installation torque is small and the fastening pressure of the elastic fastener is small, which affects the safety of the line. It should be retightened to the three-point contact of the spring bar.
