Under normal circumstances, there are two types of materials for the track beam installed on the track plate, one is the concrete material and the other is the steel structure material. For concrete beams, pre-embedded holes must be reserved in advance when the beams are built. These holes are used for bolts when installing the fasteners. Of course, the bolts can be directly buried in the beams.
For installation methods commonly used rail pressure plate, pressure plate fixing method, welding and bolt combination fixing. The depth of the hole must be deep enough when punching. This is to facilitate the later adjustment in the horizontal direction. If you need to adjust in the vertical direction, remember to put a cushion under the rail.
Track pressure plate
The raw materials of the track platen have different rigidity, and can be set to single-hole or double-hole according to the stress conditions on site. There are also many connection methods to choose from. It should be noted that only when the steel backing plate and the track are welded. From time to time, the fasteners can be installed in the same welding method, so there are certain limitations. However, the strong performance of welding is good. As long as the anti-rust measures are in place in normal times, the welding can be used for a long time without loosening or falling off.
There are also certain requirements for the track beam when installing the track pressure plate. The distance between the horizontal and vertical reserved bolt holes needs to be more than 5 mm, which is convenient for fixing parts according to the chapters later; the diameter of the screw holes should also be larger than the actual diameter of the bolts. Some, generally 3 mm is enough, otherwise it may be blocked and other reasons that the device cannot be installed.
The track platen is installed in different ways in different structures. At the same time, we have different requirements for the material and type of the track platen for different installation environments. The common ones are double-hole platen, lifting rail platen, etc. During the process, it is necessary to take into account the requirements of different track pressure plates on the distance of the device.
